Terms of Use
The following terms define the understanding between you, the User, and Bumblebutt Studios, LLC related to Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content(referred to as “Terms”). If you are considered a minor in your country, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content and to accept these Terms.

INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC’S APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC’S APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT. USE OF BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC’S APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Bumblebutt Studios, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s Privacy Policy at any time updating these Terms on its website or by other notification. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s App(s), Services, Products or Content.
If at any time you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s Terms, Privacy Policy, or any other Bumblebutt Studios, LLC policy, rules, or codes of conduct relating to your use of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠ , whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content, the license defined here to Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop using Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content.
End User License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bumblebutt Studios, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access, download, install a copy on a single device, which you own or control, and run the installed copy of the App(s) for your own non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to use the App(s) for any other purpose.
You also agree that you shall comply with your obligations to third-party platform providers, such as Google, from whom you download Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content, including any terms regarding payment for In-App Purchases made through such platforms.
Defined terms will be used in the Terms in a specific way. Here is a summary of defined words for your understanding:
User, you and your, means you and all individuals and/or entities on whose behalf you are accessing or using the Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content for any reason.
Services mean any and all services provided by Bumblebutt Studios, LLC through the Apps.
App(s) means the Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s device application (e.g., mobile, computer, tv, watch, or other supported device), available for download from a third party vendor and any other software application made by Bumblebutt Studios, LLC for use on a suitable device. Any issued updates or subsequent versions are included in the meaning of App(s). Apps are not Products, but an App may be in a tangible form or stored on a Product (e.g., DVD, flash drive, memory card and the like).
Product(s) means any tangible goods purchased or awarded from Bumblebutt Studios, LLC directly on its website or through a third party vendor. Products may be a tangible form of the App (e.g., DVD, flash drive, memory card and the like), but can also be other tangible goods.
Content means all content contained in the Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services or Products, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, downloadable content, website designs, images, graphics, audio, video, fonts, text, photographs, information and any other content contained therein and all patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, intellectual property and/or other proprietary information of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC.
The products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content are the property of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC. The compilation, collection, arrangement, or assembly of Content is the exclusive property of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC and is protected as well. Any code or software code that Bumblebutt Studios, LLC creates, generates or displays in the Apps, Services or Products are also protected and you may not copy or adapt such code. All Content is protected under applicable patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition and/or other laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the App(s), Services, Products or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, tranmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s express prior written permission. If express prior written permission is granted by Bumblebutt Studios, LLC, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark, legend, patent marking or copyright notice shall be made.
Bumblebutt Studios, LLC may actively protect its intellectual property rights in the event you violate these Terms including by seeking injunctive relief.
RESTRICTIONS FOR USER
As a User, you represent and warrant that by the use of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC's products available under the trade names Voidcabulary℠, whether as App(s), Services, Products or Content that you SHALL NOT:
derive or attempt to derive the source code of all or any portion of any App, Service, Product or Content, permit any third party to derive or attempt to derive such source code, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or translate any App, Service, Product or Content or any part thereof;
attempt to breach any security or authentication measures of the App, Service, Product or Content;
avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Bumblebutt Studios, LLC or any other third party to protect the App, Service, Product or Content;
take any actions that damage or tamper with the App, Service, Product or Content;
frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Content of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC without Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s express written consent;
distribute or make the App, Service, Product or Content available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time;
transfer, redistribute or sublicense the App, Service, Product or Content;
use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s name, Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s product trade names, any other trademarks without the express written consent of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC;
sell your device with an installed App(s), Services, Products or Content to a third party before removing the App(s), Services, Products or Content from the device;
modify or create derivative works of the App(s), Services, Products or Content or any part thereof; except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open-sourced components included in the App(s), Services, Products or Content;
interfere or attempt to interfere with other users’ use of the App(s), Services, Products or Content;
impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person;
violate any applicable law or regulation; or
encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the foregoing.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
NO WARRANTY: YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE,” FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THE APP(S), SERVICES OR CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE BASIS OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVERS USED ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANI℠S. BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR CONTENT. BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC HEREBY FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, CONTENT AND ANY OTHER SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR CONTENT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT REMAINS WITH YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST DATA, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY). BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE EVEN IF BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP(S), SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT DIRECTLY TO BUMBLEBUTT STUDIOS, LLC OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY PLATFORM PROVIDER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bumblebutt Studios, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of, resulting from or related to (i) your use of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s App(s), Services, Products or Content or (ii) your breach of these Terms, including your representations and warranties herein.
These Terms (as may be updated from time to time) will remain in full force and effect for so long as you access or use Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s App(s), Services, Products or Content. Provisions of these Terms & Condition relating to Warranties, Limits of Liability, Indemnification, and other rights of Bumblebutt Studios, LLC will remain in effect even after you cease using the App(s), Services, Products or Content.
These Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the United State of America and the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within the Southern District of Ohio. If any provision of these Term & Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. In addition, Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not be deemed as a waiver of such term or otherwise affect Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s ability to enforce such term at any point in the future.
Bumblebutt Studios, LLC may assign or transfer these Terms & Condition, in its sole discretion, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Bumblebutt Studios, LLC and you regarding Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s App(s), Services, Products and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Bumblebutt Studios, LLC and you regarding Bumblebutt Studios, LLC’s App(s), Services, Products and Content.
